Advising
I'm a startup advisor to early-stage founders, focused on product strategy and finding product-market fit. It's the work I enjoy most, so alongside my role as VP Product at Property Vista, I make as much time for it as I can.
I help founders translate raw ideas into structured product and go-to-market strategy. The focus is simple: find real customer pain, and build a plan that creates momentum fast.
Where I can help
Pressure-testing the problem. Who feels this pain most, how often, and is it urgent enough that they'll abandon what they do today? If it's not, we fix that before you write a single feature.

Background
I've spent two decades building, scaling, and occasionally burying software startups. Before Property Vista, I was CPO at Koru Ventures, an incubator where I worked across multiple AI startups in different verticals at the same time, including an AI legal bill review platform we took from an idea on a napkin to launch. Before that, I led product and services at Uberflip through $20M+ ARR and a successful exit, helped build and sell Honeybee, and co-founded Forewards, which won a growth award, then imploded (and taught me more than the others combined). I've been the founder, the CPO, and the operator, so I know what the founder-product relationship looks like from both sides.
